Remote - Enrollment Advisor

Randstad is working with a company that is a trailblazer in bootcamp education and they are currently hiring Enrollment Advisors.  Our client prepares students for fulfilling careers in tech with immersive, live online learning throughout their expansive and growing bootcamp course portfolio.  This is a fully remote/work from home position.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential students who have demonstrated an interest in learning more about immersive tech education.
• Engaging with potential students on the phone to learn about their goals, interests and assess if one or more of the courses might be right for their needs.
• Understanding and the ability to articulate the unique features and value of the  programs and dynamically align those features.
• Following up with prospective students following initial calls, connecting them with resources about the program and other members of the team, reminding them of upcoming dates and deadlines.

salary: $44,000 - $45,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales.
• Enthusiastic, engaging, and genuine communication style on the phone.
• Internal drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to quickly make connections, dynamically synthesizing what you hear from a potential customer.
• Sense of personal integrity and values, and a desire to genuinely help people improve their lives.
• A passion for education and technology.

This would be a full time, permanent role with our client. They are targeting a starting base salary of $45,000 plus health, vision, dental and 401K benefits.
