Reporting to the Director of Technical Operations, the Solutions Engineer is responsible for working closely with Adrenaline Clients and internal stake holders to ensure that Adrenaline delivers consistent technical solutions for Customers. Further the Solutions Engineer will develop and document statement of work, technical requirements and kit of parts for customer requirements. The overarching responsibility is to work closely with Account Management, Retail Experience Design, & Operations to support new projects in developing technology solutions and scope of work. This Role is expected to coordinate and organize and digital assets in AMP, support Operations and Sales in creating a kit of standard interior technology components or Kit of Parts (KOP) . The ability to strategically apply these components to installation documentation.

Leverage strong technical skills, experience and industry knowledge in the development of technical configurations and solutions
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Work closely with Operations to establish Formal Quotes for client approval
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must demonstrate a team player attitude with a dedication to quality and organization
Solid communication skills and willing to participate in client conference calls or visits as needed
Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable with Adobe Suite
Ability to read basic floor plans
Requires strong analytical, data management, and work ethic skills
Must be able to work within constricted timelines and be flexible to changes to projects as required.
Must be able to multi-task and follow direction.
Must demonstrate a team player attitude with a dedication to quality
Role will have significant responsibilities in coordinating between other team members to ensure consistency between deliverable and syncing towards deadlines.
Must be able to be seated for most of the day.
Reports to one supervisor but is accountable to all Project Managers, Coordinators, Managers and Senior Management daily

Work with cloud-based systems to generate statement of work documents and technical specifications
Work cross-departmentally with Technical Operations and other areas to obtain accurate and timely information for customers and resolve problems where necessary.

Recommend quality improvements to policies and procedures
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES
Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Ability to bring different groups together for problem solving
Attention to detail coupled with sense of urgency
Functional knowledge and experience with Excel and Adobe
Ability to document and communicate issues related to client service requests to the Dev team
