TITLE: Software QA Engineer - Bilingual in Quebec French

Location: Remote in United States or Canada

ICS is looking for Senior Software QA Engineer, who is bilingual in Quebec French and English, to join our global SaaS product client's team! You will be responsible for manual testing + design and development of automated tests for systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based, mobile, or internet-related tools.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in architecture, requirement and design reviews and offer thought leadership in driving efficiencies throughout the Software development life cycle.
• Work across departments and with development, IT leaders, business teams and vendors to align automated testing priorities with product development strategies.
• Champion the usage and adoption of automated testing - Web, Mobile & API, technologies and processes and related tools across the organization.
• Design, create and implement new frameworks/framework extensions to enable test case development where needed.
• Leverage existing test frameworks to create automated test cases to provide continuous coverage.
• Adjust and modify automated test cases according to requirements.
• Execute test automation, compile results, and analyze potential failures.

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• BS in Computer science or related field and have 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
• Bilingual (English and French). Fluent in Quebec French with automotive/collision French terminology.
• Knowledge of Vehicle Risk Management Solutions (Estimating, Claims Manager, Power Dispatch, APIs)
• Design test cases and test scenarios to ensure both new and previous features are tested
• Design test cases to ensure all client workflows are tested
• Ability to write, execute and monitor automated and manual tests
• Ability to look beyond the initial tests and error-guess, explore beyond test cases
• Documentation of all test cases, results, bugs, etc.
• Knowledge of platforms Wrike, JIRA, TestRail, Zendesk, etc.
• Escalate important or show stopping bugs through proper process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels.
• Ability to take a proactive, problem-solving/trouble-shooting approach to identifying and solving problems.
