Commercial Sales Lead

Job Summary:

AutoZone's Commercial Sales Driver is dedicated to forming and maintaining lasting relationships with commercial customers, excelling in product procurement and delivery, and offering exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations in all areas.

Responsibilities:

• Procure progress and attain sales goals by skillfully maintaining and developing business sales. Create new clients via in-person and call-based outreach with probable buyers
• Play a pivotal role in maintaining open communication lines between AutoZone and business customers for enhancing customer trust
• Maximize delivery efficiency by coordinating routes and managing drivers. Confirm that the appropriate documentation is completed for every shipment
• Work closely with commercial consumers as a consultant to stay current on the latest automotive parts and industry news, investigate their needs, and propose the optimal solution at an affordable price
• Handle documentation and oversee billing procedures for business clients; manage product returns and reconcile financial records
• Regularly servicing commercial accounts and providing accurate deliveries are at the heart of this position. Equally important is the need to foster a sense of teamwork and shared responsibility among all AutoZone team members, by providing hands-on support and assistance wherever it is needed
• Build and maintain a robust relationship with management by promoting effective interaction and engagement practices
• Maintains a secure work atmosphere by ensuring that AutoZoners comply with safety protocols that includes wearing of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Ensures safety by following the correct accident and claim procedures, and making sure all Commercial Zoners have valid driving credentials
• Takes necessary measures to keep the vehicles in good condition and reports any maintenance concerns to the relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Graduating high school or earning an equivalent credential is a significant milestone in one's life journey
• Understanding the various components of a car is a requirement
• An efficient chief who possesses superior communication talents, remarkable decision-making capabilities, and excellent selling abilities
• Proficiency in lifting, loading and carrying merchandise
• To perform your duties effectively, you must have the capacity to adjust your schedule to meet the company's demands, which may include working on weekends, evenings, and holidays
