to ensure rapid resolution. Inform relevant Tetra Pak field staff about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service. Actively participate in looking for business opportunities and share them with responsible technical sales staff. Suggest solutions and support technical sales activities. Conduct relevant customer training. Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and relevant colleagues in own market company. Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times to ensure good working relationships with customers and that Tetra Pak’s reputation is sustained. Share knowledge and support Tetra Pak colleagues in building skills. Execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely way. Distribute reports according to existing procedures and ensure that proper handover is done. Maintain good knowledge and understanding of all relevant technical documentation. Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team. Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Address all discovered food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory issues.



We believe you have



Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and two years of experience with high-speed aseptic filling operations. In the alternative, will accept five years of experience with high-speed aseptic filling operations.





Must have:

  • Experience with Basic Automation, Rockwell Automation, and Allen Bradley Automation

  • Knowledge of packaging filling equipment

  • Knowledge of distribution equipment

  • Experience with aseptic technology

  • Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
