As a Senior Talent Development Specialist:
* Delivery of small group onboarding workshops to new joiners
* Coaching of new joiners to upskill including role plays, call shadowing, and feedback
* Provide lunch and learns (adhoc training requests) to AC - SRCs (entry level - mid level non-management) on skill gaps as needed. Communicate feedback & recommendations to leadership.
* Delivery of New Hire Orientation
* Partner with senior trainers to develop content for programs / lunch & learns
