Jobtype: Remote/Full-Time/Part-Time
FlexJobs is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting them with job postings, account management, and other inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with job postings, account management, and billing inquiries
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
