Employment Representative (Remote Hybrid)
Job Description:
Performs a variety of duties in accordance with legal requirements and Essentia Health mission, policies, and procedures to ensure the hiring and selection of highly qualified candidates for Essentia Health positions. Responsibilities include: supporting the recruitment activities to ensure all processes are properly completed; coordinating new employee process to ensure all documents, employment records and related data are accurately completed; keeping information system current; running various reports and maintaining computerized recruitment activity. Also responsible for providing research, process improvement recommendations, and conducting special projects as required. Remote Hybrid Position: Must live within approximately 30 miles of Brainerd to work onsite as needed.
Education Qualifications:
Associates degree, or 2 years of professional office experience.

Pay Range
$17.73 - $26.60 / hour
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
