Learning & Development Manager/Project Manager

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a busy Pacific Northwest professional services client that is looking for a Project Manager with Learning & Development experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the entire lifecycle of a large project including developing and maintaining a work breakdown structure, milestones, project report, and risk management
• Work independently with internal stakeholders, Learning & Development colleagues, and external vendors to design, develop, and deliver solutions that help professionals build needed capabilities (including multi-day in-person events, webinars, online learning, and on-the-job experiences)
• Manage end-to-end program operations including budget, communications, program delivery, and evaluation
• Use evaluation data to measure impact and improve learning initiatives; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities
• Facilitate project meetings on a regular basis

This role is 100% remote, 40 hours per week, for at least 6 months. 

• 5+ years’ L& D-related experience in a complex organization, including demonstrated involvement with building high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture
• Project Management certification
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate and consult with multiple levels of the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
