An international food company is seeking Customer Care rep who has experience in Customer Service or Admin support in Sales department.
This company has been around for more than 80 years, and their products are sold at most major grocery stores.
Option to work from home most of the time (must go to the office once a week for meeting)
Location: Garden Grove, CA

Summary:
Coordinate customer order fulfillment to ensure customer expectations are met in a friendly and professional manner. Facilitate problem resolution in the order fulfillment process.
Job Description
Input orders to the system and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipment information, and billing questions.
Coordinate successful order fulfillment, ensuring accurate application of information, while demonstrating an understanding of order entry system and sufficient knowledge of logistics policies and Customer Service procedures to maintain internal controls.
Build and maintain loyal relationships with customers, using interpersonal skills to exceed customer expectations, in addition to offering the customer solutions/options as a result of effective problem solving.
Provide superior support to sales team and customers with current information on products, availability, shipping information and customer requirements.
Requirement:
1-3 years of experience in customer service is a must. Excellent customer service skills, able to respond promptly to customer needs.
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Order processing experience is a must
Communication skills.
Able to balance team and individual responsibilities.
Able to set goals and objective.
Skills and Traits: Impeccable attention to detail, excellent verbal & written communication skills, high integrity, self-motivated.
Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) required.
Oracle/NetSuite, EDI, and a food manufacturer experience a plus but not required.
