What you will be doing: Source, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including internal database, job boards, social media, referrals and networkingIdentifying, qualifying, and establishing relationships with candidatesClearly communicate potential job opportunitiesConsistently update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information, activity records and interviewsCommunicate job offers and prepare candidates for starting their new rolePerform critical relationship-building activities, from coaching your consultants for an interview, checking in on their first day of work, and keeping in touch throughout their assignmentDesired Skills & Experience: 1+ years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing IndustryATS ExperienceKnowledge of Job Boards such as: Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etcExperience with MS Office productsStrong communication skills; comfortable in a heavy phone environmentCollaborative mindset, ability to work well in a team settingConsidering local candidates onlyPDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
