Senior AB Testing Specialist

The Opportunity

Reporting to Director for Performance Marketing, the Senior AB Testing Specialist will create HSN s business-unit-level marketing testing roadmap focusing on maximizing ROI and growing, and retaining the customer base. In this role, you will also be responsible for advocating for Testing and influencing across all levels of the organization. You will develop and maintain a close relationship with testing analytics, data science and other CI&A and BP&A partners to allow for optimum test set up, as well as obtaining the full picture of the results.

Your Impact

• Determine the roadmap of what will be tested, construct a valid test and roll out of testing plans &results across the organization.
• Gain alignment on the roadmap from Senior Leadership, ensuring visibility of results across the organization.
• Communicate Testing plans and Testing results across the US Market; Create testing dashboards through tools like Tableau or GA.
• Maintain the relationship with the current marketing vendors, systems and data providers, as well as vetting any future Third Parties.
• Develop the strategy for the growth and future of the Testing Program at QVC
• Partner with Analytics to further the Testing Program.
• Work closely with Marketing technology team and recommend tools that are needed to test new platforms or partners.
• Lead conversations about attribution through other platforms.

What You Bring

• Bachelor s Degree or Equivalent Business experience.
• Experience with Internet Marketing, Merchandising, Retailing or other B2C strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills including proficiency in using analytic tools and data analysis.
• Statistical analysis with ability to identify and take action on patterns and trends in data.
• Strong understanding of analytics UTM tagging and platforms like GA 360.
• Must be proficient in Digital Marketing with an expertise in all social media platforms.
• Thorough knowledge of third party testing Platform.
• Demonstrated ability to positively influence and develop consensus with teams not in a direct report alignment.
