Staffing Coordinator

EZ Staffing, Inc. is looking for a Staffing Coordinator! Staffing Coordinators will connect nurses to work orders on a day-to-day basis. They are also responsible for all clinician scheduling and tracking the needs of all our clients. Great track to get into staffing management or recruitment!

Responsibilities:

• Obtain Clinician's schedules
• Call Clients for updated needs
• Qualify Clinicians and advise on the best client
• Input clinicians data into necessary computer programs including VMS’s
• Obtain clinicians availabilities on daily/weekly/monthly basis and enter information accurately in the company database
• Obtain daily/weekly/monthly requests from clients and filling them efficiently with top clinicians
• Confirm, cancel, and replace clinicians at client facilities within a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Experience in a Staffing agency or Healthcare preferred
• Experience in Allied and Nurse Staffing is Preferred
• Experience with clinician credential requirements per certification and specialty preferred
• Proficient in English, Bilingual a plus
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficient Computer skills in MS Office and other Window based software
• Ability to think quick and solve problems
• Ability to work at a fast pace environment – multitasking with busy phones, computer tracking and meeting clinicians in office
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
