The Manufacturing Division of ECI is seeking a detail oriented and driven resource to join our growing Professional Services team.

As a Services Scheduler, you are responsible for successfully completing a variety of daily tasks to support the Professional Services team, including the entering of new requests, assigning of resources, scheduling projects, and acting as a key customer liaison.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

Creating projects for inbound requests from our Sales teams, Support team, or directly from the Customers

Assigning projects to the appropriate Consultants

Scheduling meetings between the Customer and Consultant when needed

Responding to various customer inquiries regarding services needed

Communicating with the Consultant Manager or other resources as needed when project conflicts arise

• Assisting with the month end processing of timecards and invoices


• Acting as backup to all schedulers when PTO / Vacation / Sick time is taken

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and phone skills necessary

Organizational and multi-tasking skills important

Computer skills needed, including Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook

Customer Service, ERP, and Salesforce and / or FinancialForce experience is a plus
