We are looking to add an employment recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience. This position will be responsible for placing ads via various media platforms and social media networks. Collaborate with department managers to determine levels of staffing required. Pre-screen and perform background checks, initial interviews, make hiring decisions based on company criteria, and onboarding of new hires. The responsibilities of the recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This is a Hybrid position offering flexibility to work from home and office.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
