Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA Analyst II (Online Lending Team) in Nottingham, MD.
Job Purpose:
The QA Analyst II will provide support for the Online Lending Software Development team by applying the principles and practices of software quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle. This process includes but is not limited to analyzing and validating business requirements for completeness and accuracy, documenting business requirements and testing strategies, executing defined strategies, testing for data quality, testing user interface functionality, and validating adherence to software or report requirement specifications.
Responsibilities:
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification; These are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all job duties performed:
Define and document testing strategy for customer-facing websites and mobile applications
Test for data integrity and user interface functionality
Coordinates and performs required unit, system, and performance testing; Works with other team members on User Acceptance testing and issue resolution
Build and run automated test suites and interpret the results
Create and run regression tests
Construct Functional Requirement Specifications, Release Notes and How-To Guides for software and report releases
Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
As a QA Analyst II, you will review technical specifications for completeness
Participates in continuous improvement activities by identifying and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develops strategies for improvements
