Steel Construction FIELD Project Manager

In need of a Steel Construction Project Manager. MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5+ YEARS STEEL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE. Preferably specializing in steel building erection. Looking for an individual that has managed multiple projects and laborers with little supervision. The Steel Construction Field Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, budgeting, coordination, scheduling, execution, and completion of specific assigned projects ensuring consistency with Advanced Steel Building Systems strategies, commitments, and goals. By applying best practices and techniques, the Steel Construction Field Project Manager leads the project team to control the project schedule, cost, and performance of each project. 

Must be dependable and reliable. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally and hit scheduled deadlines. Have excellent communication skills with co-workers and supervisors. will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality of work, and sub-contractor and supplier coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in project management, or other related fields 
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective, under time pressure situations
• Strong sales skills 
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills 
• Deadline and detail-oriented 
• Self-starter with ability to set goals and tasks with strong leadership skills
• Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
• Safety standards knowledge and enforcement
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels
• Work with assigned team members; communicate and follow up on all project requirements and responsibilities.
• Completion of OSHA 10 or 30 Hours for construction industry 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Field Project Management
• Pass pre-employment background check
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Pass pre-employment driving record check
