- Analyzes and identifies any trends that affect quality of services, implements corrective plan of action including new or modified programs, additional training or any measure to improve quality.
- Assists in the development and implementation of annual budget for the department. Collaborates with leadership to ascertain training and education needs and to develop education goals for the workforce, partners and customers. Contributes to development and implementation of overall programs/activities. Prepares and analyzes various financial reports for internal and external purposes. Ensures that payroll processes are timely, accurate, and in accordance with all applicable labor laws and organization policies.
- Develops and maintains standard performance reports. Serves as a resource agent for departmental personnel, providing guidance, feedback, and problem-solving strategies.
- Implements progressive discipline and accurately documents all information.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Seven years experience: Preferred
- Five years leadership experience: Preferred
