Technical Support Engineer
D2D:
Insight Global's client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in the Atlanta, GA area. This person will be part of the operations department and will assist with the deployment and maintenance of our clients' products. He/she will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and at time developing new features. Some of the daily responsibilities include, software updates, software releases, fixing bugs, problem solving and digging into new code. The person will spend half of the time getting issues from customers and prioritizing/troubleshooting these issues and identifying where the issue lies within the system. While the rest of their time will be spent working with the development teams on more complex issues. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication as this person will be communicating back and forth with customers.
- Scripting from scratch
- 2-3 years of experience of Technical Support experience and troubleshooting with customers
o Familiar w/ Java and/or Python -- i.e. might have to troubleshoot a bug within one of the following languages
- Stong communication skills -- this person will be interacting with customers on a daily basis
- BS Degree or equivalent
