Entry Level Recruiter (remote after training)
Position starts Tuesday, September 13th
Location: First 4 weeks in office in Greenwood Village
- Mandatory in office for 4 weeks
Released to work from home on Monday, 10/10
Equipment provided
Pay: $21/hour, overtime hours at $31.50/hour
Duties:
- Heavy outbound recruiting phone calls to travel nurses
- Onboard, screen and qualify nurses for new assignments
- Problem resolution - must resolve and answer questions from nurses as it relates to their new contract
- Meet or exceed daily call metrics and nurse submittals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent experience in a recruiting, call center or similar customer service role
- Tech Savvy - Navigating CRM Systems, Microsoft Office etc.
- Professional communication and email etiquette
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
Schedule:
- In Office Training Dates:
· Tuesday, 9/13: In the Denver office at 9:30AM until 5:30pm (1 hour lunch from 12:30-1:30)
· Wednesday, 9/14: 9:00am- 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch from 12:00-1:00)
· Thursday, 9/15: 9:00am- 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch from 12:00-1:00)
· Friday, 9/16: 9:00am- 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch from 12:00-1:00)
*** Lunch will be provided for all 4 days of training
