Job Summary
Responsible for providing direct clinical services; provides support to employees/leadership regarding work-related issues; participates in strategic planning for additional services or employer support; conducts EAP orientations, CISM debriefings and training. This role supports ComPsych's customer, Dartmouth College, and will serve on-site (hybrid optional) in Hanover, NH
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provides Life Resources Program orientations
  • Provides training and Lunch-and-Learns on behavioral health issues
  • Participates in behavioral health awareness campaigns
  • Works closely with customer representatives to promote the program
  • Promotes the program and ensures program satisfaction
  • Provides strategy support on program and service delivery
  • Provides short-term EAP counseling, if indicated
  • Provides management consultations and support for substance use and behavioral health issues
  • Provides on-site critical incident debriefings
  • Provides on-site risk assessment for employees presenting at risk to harm self and/or others
  • Provides support to employees upon return to work post disability/leaves
  • Coordinates with site contacts, including Human Resources and Occupational Health
  • Participates in health fairs, enrollment and health promoting activities
  • Resolves service issues to ensure program satisfaction
Job Qualifications
  • Master level licensed clinician
  • At least, 5 years of providing clinical services
  • Experience in work-related issues at a worksite
  • Sound clinical judgment, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • On-site EAP experience preferred
Job Location
  • Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH (ON-SITE) - Position can be hybrid with days split between home and onsite office
