The Recruitment Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact to log and assign requisitions to agency recruiters before the initiation of the recruitment process. You will have the opportunity to Collaborate with the Workforce Strategy Data Analyst to develop, search criteria and pull reports through Smart Sheets and Workday for the recruitment team to help highlight areas of improvement. What you need to qualify three years of clerical/secretarial experience that included: Two years at a full performance level performing typing, word processing, or other generation of documents AND lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures. Courses or training in Office Occupations or Office Technology may be substituted for up to one year of the clerical/secretarial experience. No substitution will be made for the two years at the full performance level. Your duties at a glance The Recruitment Team oversees the candidate and recruitment lifecycle for ODHS. Recruiters are tasked with developing positive and productive relationships with hiring managers to recruit, hire, and retain a high caliber workforce that is representative of the communities we serve. The Recruitment Team is tasked with aiding managers in drafting engaging job announcements, developing hiring and sourcing strategies and well as serving in an instrumental role as an advocate and consultant during the interview process. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will: Regularly update the Smart Sheets Recruitment Tracker to create an efficient and effective end user experience. Forecast future updates to Recruitment Smart Sheets trackers to continue to improve system and workflow efficiencies. Actively track incoming hiring requests ensuring completion of all critical information is included to begin a new requisition. Serve as primary point of contact for hiring managers and position managers to answer questions regarding the recruitment process and route questions to appropriate recruiter for recruitment lifecycle specific questions. Develop reporting criteria to synthesize critical data points throughout the Recruitment Lifecycle to present to Recruitment & Class/Comp Manager and recruitment team lead. Work in conjunction with Recruitment and Class/Comp Operations Analyst to produce materials for hiring managers, Recruiters and Class/Comp Analysts. Working conditions This position will be eligible for remote work. Position requires the incumbent to work a professional work week, (typically Monday – Friday) where the hours of work may fluctuate on a daily and weekly basis. Requires working with a high volume of recruitments, multiple projects, and priorities, dealing with demanding issues, managing confidential information, working with conflicting and/or short timelines, and some travel. Is subject to fluctuating workloads, priorities in dealing with sensitive timelines and information. Occasional contact with angry or confused employees, clients, other agency representatives and members of the public. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Travel requires that the incumbent have a valid driver's license or an alternative form of transportation.
