The Senior Specialist, Talent Assessment is an important member of the Global Talent and Leadership team and will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy and developing solutions that unleash the full potential of our workforce. This person will leverage their expertise in talent assessment to support organizational initiatives related to employee selection, talent development, coaching, team effectiveness, succession planning, performance management, learning, and more. They will own the organization's portfolio of development assessments and partner broadly with internal and external stakeholders to design evidence-based, employee-centered, leading-edge assessment solutions to drive employee development.


Primary Responsibilities




  • Develop and enhance our company's portfolio of assessments for employee selection, development, talent management, and coaching.




  • Maintain knowledge, network, and expertise in talent assessment.




  • Act as an internal consultant to partners in HR and the business to help integrate assessments into their talent strategies.




  • Manage key relationships with external assessment partners.




  • Proactively identify leading-edge assessment practices to elevate our company's talent management solutions.




  • Lead research initiatives to validate and demonstrate ROI of our assessment tools and processes; leverage assessment data to garner organizational insights related to our workforce.




  • Build the capability of HR colleagues and the business to use assessments as part of their talent strategies according to evidence-based best practices.




Education



  • Master's degree or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology

  • Technical expertise and industry experience in talent assessment

Expected salary range:


$87,800.00 - $149,100.00
