Senior Application Developer Automation - Remote Opportunity
Job Title: Senior Application Developer (Automation Anywhere RPA) - REMOTE
General Description:
Reporting to the Manager of Application Development, the Senior Automation Anywhere developer will develop, test, implement and support Automation Anywhere solutions/bots to automate existing business processes. Surgery Partners is undergoing an efficiency transformation with multiple repeatable processes already automated and many still outstanding.
In this role the RPA developer will collaborate with business analysts, product analysts, other developers, and stakeholders. The developer will participate in project meetings and design sessions. The developer will also develop solutions for new bot component scenarios that have not been encountered yet at Surgery Partners.

Essential Functions:
- Designs and develops efficient, maintainable, and easily supportable bot components to implement the automation of existing business processes
- Configures and deploys new solutions, and maintains and improves existing automations
- Establishes monitoring to maintain bot performance, measure utilization and identify issues.
- Coordinates peer reviews with other developers in the team
- Mentors and trains other developers involved in Automation Anywhere solutions
- Provides solution walkthroughs to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience in development with at least 3 years automation experience and at least 1 year using Automation Anywhere
- Experience with consuming data from relational databases and APIs
- Experience manipulating data in multiple formats, such as CSV, XML and JSON, among others
- Ability to develop scripts to perform advanced Excel functions such as formatting or pivots not supported in the platform.
- Experience using version control software, preferably git
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Able to work well in a team setting
