Job Description:
- Project execution active lifecycle steps.
- Request initiation; project planning processes, PM/RM follow-up; work grants (access to projects).
- Capitalization, PM follow-up, time tracking, BAU / Agile financial reports/ reporting.
- Pre-estimation, estimation, scheduling, funding, resource assignment support.
- Planview financials monitoring and controls.
- PM support for PM daily calls.
- CCB (Change control board) process, weekly initial review, monthly status report project follow-up, CCB support central dashboard, workflow, budget changes / additional funds, schedule and scope changes.
- Project risk monitoring.
- Agile process support, training updates.
- Support Central exit program support.
