You love bikes. As a roll: Sales Team Leader, you are part of the senior team that drives roll: forward in our mission to get more people riding them! You believe that a great experience on a bike begins with the great customer experiences you are able to provide in the shop. You love helping other team members succeed, as much as you love to ride by sharing your passion and experience.

With over 15 years of history, we are expanding our own shops, growing our retail partnerships with other shops, and continuing to expand our reach with online sales of roll: brand bikes and equipment. YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of specialty retail leadership experience.
  • You are seen as a leader in your peer group with ‘biking guru’ status
  • You love to help customers and team members alike, and can think quickly on your feet.
  • You can lead by example driving sales home personally, while thriving in an environment built on teamwork.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spend the majority of your time engaging with customers on the sales floor, providing benchmark levels of customer experience.
  • Lead the group in individual sales numbers and customer conversion rates.
  • Have key holder duties, including opening and closing responsibilities
  • Perform in the role of Senior Team Member on duty in managing customer service-related concerns, and authorizing returns and exchanges as appropriate.
  • Work alongside the Store manager team to execute and ensure accurate inventory, product management, receiving and store transfer best practices.
  • Under the direction of the Store GM, oversee the merchandise warranty process.
  • Be called upon to assist the Sales Manager in team training and development in the areas of customer experience, product knowledge and supplier and partner training.
  • Take initiative in looking for ways to improve customer experiences and to drive top line sales within the stores, as well as building the roll: reputation in the community.

SALES TEAM LEADER COMPENSATION

  • Pay scale for this full time / Prime Time position ranges $16 to $20 hourly dependent upon experience.
  • All full-time team members are eligible to participate in the roll: health care plan.
  • All full time positions also receive 1 week paid time off to help encourage our team to get out there!
  • Every team member is eligible for all roll: discount program’s and industry incentives.
