Rapidly growing startup business seeking to hire a Financial Controller for their Boca Raton office. Must be a team player and very hands on. You will be doing all facets of accounting from AP to strategic analysis until the company grows. Previous start up experience high desirable.

• Must know Quickbooks Online and other ERP software
• Billing, A/P, A/R, GL and Chart of Accounts
• Complete monthly close including reconciliation, journal entries, trial balance checks and produce financial statements.
• Work with external accountants to conduct Tax Planning and development strategies
• Detailed knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards

7+ years of finance and accounting experience with at least 3-5 years as a Financial Controller of equivalent role

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Account or Economics

CPA, CFA, CMA or CFC qualification preferred

Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Sharepoint

Strong financial modeling skills in Excel a PLUS
