Job Description

How I will contribute

As an Asure Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with new clients. You will be held accountable for generating revenue opportunities for Asure s platform of Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative. This position entails business to business prospecting, nurturing current relationships, building new relationships, as well as running demos, discovery calls with a keen focus on closing new business.

Our HR Sales Associate team plays a critical role in the company's success by growing revenues and increasing market penetration with our Small Business solutions. Importantly, the HR Sales Associates are honing their skills to drive current performance and with success, will have timely career opportunities in senior sales roles.

Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states to be eligible for hire: Florida, California, Texas, Vermont, New York, Tennessee, Washington, New Jersey, Arizona, or Nebraska.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new prospects thru working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as, CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers as referral partners to further penetrate the market, build your brand and obtain quota.
  • Become a master of Asure s online Demo to utilize as a walk-through tool while prospecting.
  • Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach,, LinkedIn Navigator
  • Develop and manage an overflowing sales funnel of new opportunities in order to attain and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
  • Leverages Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.

What I will bring

  • Bachelor s Degree preferred
  • Experience with HR sales or positions in HR
  • 1-3 years experience in a quota driven sales environment
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills
  • Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
  • Ambitious and positive attitude; self-motivated with a desire to impact your income through achievement and overachievement of quota that will also impact upward career trajectory
  • Experience with and other virtual selling tools such as, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred
  • Intelligent possesses aptitude to learn quickly and establish discipline that drives success
