Senior Reimbursement Manager - This position is responsible for operational implementation of various strategic reimbursement initiatives and proactive reimbursement guidance for the system. This includes evaluation, planning, coordination and implementation of such initiatives such as: analysis and communicating results of federal and state legislation and regulatory activity.



Required qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics/Statistics. Or equivalent education/experience


  • 7 years Demonstrated experience in finance, operations or regulatory compliance with expert knowledge of current reimbursement and reporting rules and regulations.




Preferred qualifications:




  • Master's Degree Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare.


  • 7 years Work experience in consulting, a multi-hospital system or Medicare Administrative Contractor.


  • 2 years Program management experience.
