Your role: The internal communications specialist will write and build communications for a variety of channels to reach internal audiences across North America. Our internal communications specialist will build relationships and partnerships across the organization and leverage processes, tools, and technology to develop and deliver engaging communication solutions for the organization. This role will collaborate with partners, designers, project managers and the broader HR team to bring the company culture to life each day. Your responsibilities: 45% Strategic Communications Work with internal customers across the organization to research, write, edit, and update articles, and announcements for internal audiences. Secure appropriate translations for company communications. Assist in developing and distributing communication materials for special projects, events or initiatives. 45% Communication Technology and Support Manage communications content across all platforms: intranet, newsletters, apps, digital signage, Microsoft Teams, etc. Maintain or enhance current communication platforms (ex. intranet, Microsoft Teams channels, external platforms). Manage and maintain data and analytics and be responsible for reporting metrics and data integrity 10% Administrative Support Assist in event planning, scheduling, and logistics Support company-sponsored and community events Support invoicing Other duties as assigned Essential skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant field Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications or an agency setting Proficiency using web-based communications systems/software and Microsoft applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Advanced written and verbal communication skills Technologically savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Creative and well organized Able to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments, deliver results in a fast-paced environment Project management acumen. Sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Proficiency in reporting metrics/data analytics Good to have: Video editing, production and/or design skills Workday experience Other considerations: Ardent Mills is headquartered in Denver, CO. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $67,563.39 - $90,112.67, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 5% Annual.
