Job Description
- Meet with clients regularly from initial bid stage all the way through completion.
- Join meetings and provide project updates based on the scopes you're overseeing.
- Work with the field crew to assess necessary scheduling, material, and budgetary updates.
- Collect and assist with reviewing change orders.
- Keep organized and up to date on the project.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site.

The Successful Applicant
- 1+ years of experience working for a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree required
- Hands on construction experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to advance within the organization
- Knowledge/background in the St. Louis area
- Eager to learn
