My client is a general contractor in the St. Louis area working on healthcare, higher education, substations, grading, and excavating. • Meet with clients regularly from initial bid stage all the way through completion.
• Join meetings and provide project updates based on the scopes you're overseeing.
• Work with the field crew to assess necessary scheduling, material, and budgetary updates.
• Collect and assist with reviewing change orders.
• Keep organized and up to date on the project.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site.

• 1+ years of experience working for a general contractor
• Bachelor's degree required
• Hands on construction experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Base salary between $60,000 - $75,000 dependent upon experience level
