Part or full-time nanny starting this summer for newborn with parents who work from home

We are two first time parents who are currently on parental leave from work but will be needing a nanny when we return to work in June/Julyish. We both primarily work from home but do have offices downtown and external appointments where we'd be out of the home from time to time. We both work 9-5 schedules, M-F.
Our little girl has been nursed primarily but is starting to bake the bottle with expressed breastmilk. Mom's work schedule is flexible for providing nursing on occasion during the day or pumping while working.
We are not sure yet if this will be full-time or part-time as we have grandparents in town who may take care of the baby either 1 or 2 days a week, but that would be all. That is to be determined currently.
