We are currently seeking a Oracle Cloud SCM / Planning Consultant - REMOTE to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).



Day to Day Responsibilities:

Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud PPM functionality. Configure the Cloud SCM Application based on requirements.



Develop innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud SCM for various Cloud SCM business requirements.



Provide functional application leadership and guidance to regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.



Provide thought leadership around industry best practices for improving operational efficiencies and profitability of business.



Assist in documenting and performing application setups for test instances.



Thoroughly review application setup and configuration with the appropriate lead to obtaining sign-off.



Raise issues and work resolutions as they come up to ensure adherence to the project schedule.



Developing an understanding of current state process and developing future state recommendations



Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high-level implementation plans



Work with the respective functional lead to ensure knowledge transfer.



Provide guidance to the respective functional lead in the preparation of training materials and class agendas



Lead weekly project status meetings for assigned team and actively participate in project’s weekly status, and/or, issues meetings.



Acts as mentor for the professional growth of project team personnel and will provide guidance and support to strengthen skills of all project team members assigned to the projects they manage.



Effectively produces deliverables.



Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS degree or higher from an accredited college or university

7+ years of progressive experience in consulting environment or related industry/experience working directly with Oracle E-Business

2 + Years experience with Cloud/Fusion applications and 2 end to end implementations

5 + years’ experience of related technical or business project experience

5 + years of experience in Oracle ERP Projects

2 + years implementation experience in Oracle SCM Cloud: Product Hub, Inventory, Costing, GOP, Oracle Value Chain Planning, Planning Analytics, Data Collections, and Source system Setups.

2+ years working with Oracle SCM Modules and how it integrates with other ERP cloud modules

2+ years hands-on experience in managing and executing tasks and deliverables in the following elements of a project lifecycle:



Design

Build/Configuration

Training

Testing

Deploy

Support

For Colorado Candidates:

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $105,200 - 192,800. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
