Lead AnalystIdentityGovernance and Administration (SailPoint IIQ)

WSP is a global consulting firm assisting public and private clients to plan, develop, design, construct, operate and maintain thousands of critical infrastructure projects around the world.


Position Summary


Reporting into the Global Manager Identity Access Operations, Lead AnalystIGA is responsible for enabling secure, compliant and efficient management of identities and accesses across the global organization.


The IGA lead will work with technical stakeholders and business partners to ensure alignment of IAM policies, processes and tools with industry / regulatory requirements and best practices.


The main responsibilities are to ensure data integrity, access certifications, supportingand maintaining life cycle events using SailPoint IdentityIQ solution for globally dispersed businesses.


The Lead Analyst, Identity Access Governance is expected to carry out the following activities :


Understand, supports and creates IAM controls and governance to strengthen IAM org.


Partners with business and technical stakeholders to understand business needs and drive solutions that reduce risk while providing best in class experience.


Analyze and coordinate data clean-up activities for access certifications.


Build and manage access certification campaigns and business operation processes and support the business to complete their tasks.


Create and maintain user guides and an FAQ to answer questions from end users.


Maintain documentation and configure the IGA solution for general policies, segregation of duties, and role configuration.


Document operational and application onboarding processes and coordinate with the change management team to ensure process adoption.


Work with global business partners to assess the security posture to identify gaps or improvements and keep current with audit and regulatory requirements.


Evaluate and define requirements to automate standard, repetitive tasks, or tasks where automation may remove variability and recurring human error.


Collaborate with M&A teams to maintain birthright access rules for new locations, departments, etc.


Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor LCE and IAM operational activities.


Requirements : Required


Required


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, Business, Mathematics & Statistics, Engineering or relevant discipline, or a comparable combination of education and work experience


Minimum 5 years’ experience in Identity governance and administration, compliance, ITGC controls, access certification and data analysis.



Good understanding of identity governance and administration concepts including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), access request, access certification, general and segregation of duties policies.


Good understanding of the SailPoint IdentityIQ product capabilities.


Knowledge of Azure AD / Active Directory


In-depth experience with MS Excel, Visio and PowerPoint


Good understanding of business process design, application security, and risk management principles


Knowledge of information security regulations applicable to WSP


Understanding of risk management, including risk analysis, mitigation, and monitoring


Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and written with end users at all levels of the organization.


Good understanding of software development lifecycle and standard industry practices relating to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities


Self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail and quality


Strong analytical and critical thinking skills


Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.


Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.


Languages required : English.


Languages nice-to-have : French, Spanish and / or Portuguese.


Preferred


Working hands on familiarity with HCM, Oracle Financial, SailPoint IIQ, Service Now,Delinea (Thycotic)and Power BI etc.


Strong technical and business acumen, understanding of regulatory and industry frameworks (ISO, NIST etc.)

Compensation :


Expected Salary (all locations) : $69,600 - $157,000


WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
