Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant for Allied provides support to the internal AMN teams with operations, customer service and administrative tasks. This position ensures office operation is efficient and compliant with business objectives.
Position highlights:
This role will be assisting senior recruiters in the Allied Division
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Hybrid working 2-4xs a month in office
Offices located in : Dallas TX, Boca Raton FL, or Hickory NC.
January 9th start date
Job Responsibilities
Provides general office support including office supplies, work-related errands, mass-mailings, greeting of visitors, break room cleanliness and management, and receipt and routing of deliveries and office mail.
Reports ran and emailed; printed and/or distributed by team and team member for performance accountability.
Assists in defining, documenting, and maintaining company operations policies and procedures.
Printing and constructing all training materials.
Maintains inventory of working phone equipment, computers, monitors, including ordering new equipment from help desk, and ensuring all unused equipment is accounted for. Also taking inventory of nonworking equipment and contacting help desk to remove the equipment.
Gather, compile, and summarize information for various special projects.
Ensure copy rooms are neat and well-stocked with necessary supplies to function throughout the day. Also check inventory of paper weekly. Including ordering toner, putting in work orders for all machines.
Complete new hire set up, retrieve extension for new hire as well as setup phone/phone equipment, update floor plan, row plate, and name plate, give new hire mailbox, ensure new hire has supply packet, chair, trash can, computer, and that desk is prepped and ready for their first day.
Supports financial reporting, specifically expense reconciliation.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
