About the Team:


The Inside Sales Team is responsible for selling group, suite, and season tickets at Oracle Park by executing targeted outbound sales campaigns and building relationships with prospects. They are also responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients in support of their game day experience. About the Role:    


The San Francisco Giants are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will work closely with and report to our Inside Sales Manager. Representatives will maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the growth of our premium hospitality, season ticket, and group sales programs at Oracle Park, with a strong emphasis on corporate and community-based groups. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, facilitating meetings, handling objections, closing, and servicing accounts after the sale is made. This role is a part-time, remote, or hybrid position.


An ideal candidate is passionate about a sales career in the sports industry, possesses a strong work ethic, can handle adversity, and has the determination to succeed in a fast paced, and highly rewarding work environment.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field preferred

  • Highly motivated with a desire to be successful in the field of sales

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work as a team player

  • Proficient in basic computer software programs

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, competitive and committed to a career in sports

  • Ability to work nontraditional hours in nontraditional settings

  • Desire to be in a learning environment
