PT Consultant DTR Position, Remote/Hybrid
Where: Remote Hybrid, Ohio: Columbus, Dayton
RD/Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year in LTC experience.
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
- Valid Ohio RD License
- Computer w/Office 365
Type of account: Long Term Care
Frequency: 1-3 days per week - potential full time
Type of accounts: remote and some onsite accounts
