Position Summary:
Evening and weekend hours maybe required on occasion.
Produces a wide range of internal and external promotional and educational videos, podcasts and other special projects needed in support of Medical Center's brand and mission.
Interview people.
Perform editing using Final Cut or Adobe Premiere software.
Design aftereffects as needed including motion graphics, layout, and animation.
Color correcting video footage to match media derived from multiple cameras and archival clips.
Performs a variety of tasks related to pre-production, production, and post-production of video projects, including pre- and post-production of graphics, maintenance of file footage logs.
Assists with use of lights, microphones, cameras, scripts, and music as related to video production.
Maintains video asset database and video library.
Maintain well-organized project files for archiving and sharing with other team members.
Maintains thorough knowledge of new video and audio production technologies.
Research and implement appropriate best practices.
Produce and execute video and audio projects from concept to delivery including video and audio production, script writing, storyboarding, videography, editing, and final delivery.
- Work with audio visual team to support organization's video conferencing needs:
- Meet with internal customer to coordinate and plan meetings to understand needs and recommend the best technology.
- Provide technical audio, video, video conferencing, and live streaming support for events.
- Assist staff and clients in proper use of equipment.
Experience with Youtube Studio.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computers and video conferencing technology
Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Time management and ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
Working knowledge of Android, iOS, Mac, and Windows operating systems
Proficiency and experience with various editing/compression software, Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, Lightroom, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
Proficiency in Mac and Mac related editing programs (Final Cut Pro)
Detailed knowledge of live and streaming video environments
Collaborate well in a team environment.
Very strong organizational abilities and excellent attention to details.
Social media experience
