Job Description The Olson Agency is seeking a Licensed Remote Outbound Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing teams in the country! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. You must have your Property & Casualty license. Team-Building Activities Responsibilities Achieve goals and measureables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency. Ensure that the Olson Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects. Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly. Responsible for accurate underwriting. Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance. Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
