The Senior Organization Effectiveness Professional optimizes the effectiveness of a company, business unit, or team. Analyze the internal structure of the organization and create strategies to maximize employee work output and effectively utilize employee skills. The Senior Organization Effectiveness Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Where you Come In

The Senior Organization Effectiveness Professional reviews the organizational structure, determines changes to organizational responsibilities, staffing, managerial skills and the quality of work life. Ensures policy/program changes affecting employees do not conflict with the organization's objectives. May develop change management strategies, design and implement development programs, and drive talent mobility initiatives. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications - What it takes to Succeed

  • Minimum of 7 years of facilitation experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare
  • Comprehension of Adult Learning Theories
  • Must have knowledge or Microsoft Office Products
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM/Lightning
  • In-depth knowledge of Zoom
  • Ability to navigate multiple project and processes at a time
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Work at Home Requirements

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
