Senior Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer that will work with talented software engineering and support teams to deploy, maintain and ensure reliability of our applications in a fast paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions.

• Work with and lead a team of devops, software engineers and quality engineers to support and develop better methods of software install and compliance.

• Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community

• Collaborate with partner teams to explore internal software solutions that create efficiencies and allow for more resilient code as infrastructure.

• Work with MQ and AWS, growing in cloud infrastructure and code knowledge, gaining experience with automated deployments using Jenkins and internally developed pipeline tools.

• Manage, grow and maintain vendor relationships to ensure there is an open line of communication for upgrades, patching and support.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 4 years of experience in platform engineering (Internship experience does not apply)

Preferred Qualifications:

• • 2+ years of experience in AWS and MQ

• • 1+ year of experience in DevOps
