The Role In this exciting role as an Analyst within the Retirement Service Center (also called Actuarial Service Center - ASC), you will contribute, as part of a team, in the areas of retirement plan valuations, design, compliance, and risk and financial management for all types of retirement plans including defined benefit, defined contribution and retiree medical. Given the size and complexity of our client portfolio, you will have the opportunity to support diverse projects that help organizations align their retirement programs to their company objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree required, with heavy quantitative emphasis such as majors in mathematics and statistics Seeking candidates who are not interested in writing future actuarial exams Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, and performance in the role. Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $45,000 - $55,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
