Ledgent Technology is seeking a Technical Project Manager.
This is an onsite position located in Boca Raton, FL .
NO remote work allowed .
The ideal candidate: Experience managing projects that deal with EOL (End of Life) hardware/software Technical Project Manager coming from small to mid-size companies What you will be doing: Partner with leadership to develop strategies to replace and update hardware and software (desktops, servers, operating systems, firmware, database platforms, runtime environments, and programming languages) Operate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Technology Lifecycle Management efforts seamlessly integrate with existing business and product initiatives Establish and support in-house technology roadmaps for quarterly and annual planning and review Strategically plan to ensure adequate remediation times for hardware, software, and systems approaching EOL status Determine risks to initiative success and respond accordingly Prioritize and schedule all Technology Lifecycle Management tasks using industry Project Management best practices, including Agile and Scrum What you Bring to the table: 4 years of Project Management experience - preferably with an emphasis on infrastructure-related initiatives Project Management Methodologies (Kanban, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) EOL (End of Life) Project management Technology Lifecycle Management Project Management software (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) Direct experience working with cross-functional teams to help plan and execute numerous concurrent initiatives Superior verbal and written communication skills Team player who thrives working with a hands-on manager All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
