The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 98,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. This position can be remote.What You Will Do:
- Assist with proposal preparation and gather pre-contract information for analysis prior to contract award
- Analyze contract documents to determine contractual obligations, and prepare recommendations regarding acceptance of modifications and terms and conditions
- Monitor company performance on contractual obligations
- Review contract documents (new awards and modifications) to ensure conformance to approved position
- Gather information and prepare reports on contract compliance
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Demonstrated experience in document preparation
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, where prioritization is required to be effective
- Strong MS Office experience with a focus on Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook-up)
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Ability to understand the financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification
- Experience administering Department of Defense contracts
