Client Support Call Center: Hybrid Remote/Grave

Experienced Client Support Call Center (must live in the Portland/Vancouver Metro Area)

Pay: $18.50 Shift: 11PM-7:30AM (must be willing to work weekends and holidays)

Location: Remote/Hybrid (must work in the Portland/Vancouver Metro area)

Essential Functions:

• Address customer inquiries that come through the toll-free number.
• Answer business reply card correspondence.
• Professionally resolve and manage difficult customer situations.
• Maintain and sustain established call center metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between company and the customer.
• Problem-solve with a goal of first contact resolution.
• Input accurate customer data into the customer relationship database while speaking on the phone.
• Keep managers and supervisors updated on consumer concerns and trends in product complaints. Frequent contact with the company's various divisions.

Job Requirements:

• Previous Call Center/Customer Service Experience
• Comfortable with IT issues and solving them
• Comfortable with excel and other computer software
• Resume review, zoom interview required
