UI/UX Developer

UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers' needs. You will use your creativity and eye for design – along with your technical knowledge to develop great experiences. You'll work with a visual designer, product manager and our development team. Together you'll deliver UX mockups, prototypes, and final products. In this role, you'll have the privilege of being the voice of our customers. You'll translate their needs into user-friendly designs and have a direct impact on the customer's user-experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the user experience (UX) and the design/development of the user interface (UI) of our various projects/solutions.
  • Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized to improve usage, utility, and exceptional visual design.
  • Define according to solution specifications and ensure compliance with the style standards in typography and graphic design established with the project client.
  • Produce high-quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes/mockups, visual and graphic layouts, flowcharts, storyboards, sitemaps, and prototypes.
  • Test UI elements such as CTA, banners, page layouts, page layouts, page flows, and landing links for landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing team, and internal and external developers to ensure the creation and delivery of personalized experiences for the digital user.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UI research methodologies and test activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Maintain and fulfill tasks in Azure DevOps.
  • Test systems and solutions and validate the results.
  • Analyze and recommend changes in the flow and / or graphical interface.
  • Consult with systems analysts, engineers, developers, and others to design systems by gaining insight into project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
  • Store, retrieve and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

Education & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and two (2) years of experience in developing graphical interfaces and applications.
  • Proven experience through portfolio of professional UI/UX design jobs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps platforms.
  • Knowledge of version control tools such as TFVC, GIT or others.
  • knowledge working with the following technologies and software: HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge in development frameworks: Xamarin, .Net Core and .Net
  • Excellent skills of analysis, writing, identification of problems and ability to effectively solve them.

Job Type: Full-time
