Position Name : Embedded Developer |

Location : Fort Worth, Tx (50% onsite)

Duration :  12 months with high possibility of extension.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience in software engineering
• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
• Solid programming experience in C or C and Python
• Experience developing IoT Systems
• Practical experience developing and orchestrating Docker containers
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
• Proven experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review
• Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, interfaces and hardware subsystems
• Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Strong knowledge of the Linux Operating System
