THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently searching for a Solution Architect with a focus to join our team who brings a dynamic approach in our fast-paced technology environment to help customers solve complex business problems. Our Solution Architects are analytical and product focused, they are excited at the concept of making a difference in the procurement space, creative and collaborative, and thrives on building and bringing value to new customer relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
Our Solution Architect will be our Technical Expert and work on various subjects as:
- Hosting / datacenters
- Disaster Recovery Plan
- SLA (Service Level Agreement) for hosting
- Certifications
- Technical architecture
- Functional architecture
- Data interfacing / Data Transfer Protocol
- IT Strategy
- Middleware strategy
- SaaS concept
Responsibilities are:
- Reply to tenders on those different subjects (RFI/RFP)
- Defense of answers
- To develop skills internally and to feed a knowledge base.
- Lead an end-to-end implementation discussion re: the integration capabilities of the Ivalua platform to 3rd party tools
- Implement Integration Proof Of Concept (Ivalua interfaced with customer Landscape)
- Lead administration workshop to explain configuration options
YOUR PROFILE
If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in technical solution software pre-sales
- Outstanding communication in English (written and oral), negotiation, presentation and solution selling skills to manage complex organizations.
- Proven expertise on Cloud, Data, Hosting
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or to attend Global events.
- Technical skills: SQL, ETL, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, CSV, XML, JSON, CXML, EDI
Preferred Experience:
- Ideal background and expertise in ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, …)
- Understanding of B2B enterprise software strongly preferred
- Domain experience in Spend Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement software preferred but not required
