Theoria’s Business Development Department is seeking individuals to join its extraordinary team and work in synergy with other team members in relationship development and maintenance, lead generation and conversion, and seeking new opportunities in various markets.
Shift Structure:
- Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST
- Hybrid position
Employment Type:
- Full-time employment
Responsibilities:
- Sales Force Management of leads, opportunities and accounts
- Lead calling, emailing and meeting setup
- Tracking of actions in Sales Force
- Overall lead management
- Relationship development and management
- Targeted sales efforts
- Provide a superior current and potential customer experience, placing heavy
importance on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction
- Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with potential customers
- Learn customer needs and wants and personalize business development
opportunities to address them
- Meet business development projections, generate ongoing BD opportunities, and
achieve company and individual KPI goals
- Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer
service and contributing to a positive working environment
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming work environment
- Maintain updated knowledge on current Theoria offerings, services, and products
- Follow through and follow up within appropriate timeframes
- Develop and implement business development strategies
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma, preferably higher
- Superior communication skills with customers and team
- Proven capabilities in a customer service or sales role
- Conscientious, professional appearance
- Positive attitude and self-motivated to win every customer
- Previous sales experience, healthcare sales, specifically in post-acute care preferred but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
- $50,000 - $120,000 base commission, depending on experience
- 401K match, up to 3%
