The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced security alarm technician who can coordinate high volume of security projects and possesses knowledge of security equipment including burglar alarm systems, CCTV, intercom, and access systems for new construction sites.

The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced security alarm technician who can coordinate high volume of security projects and possesses knowledge of security equipment including burglar alarm systems, CCTV, intercom, and access systems for new construction sites.
- Phone support with field questions and technical direction
- Create bid documents, scopes, contracts, which includes creating material list and ordering of materials needed for each project
- Installation knowledge, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of burglary alarm, Intercom, access, and camera systems
- Instruct end users on the proper use of all installed equipment, and address questions or concerns.
- Knowledge of system testing and signal verification
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to all aspects of the job
- Experience with installation, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of burglary alarm systems
- Fire System knowledge a plus.
